It's hard to get too excited about the Olympics this year since everything will be happening in the middle of the night and shown on tape delay here. We'll already know the outcome; which makes it kind of anticlimactic to watch it later.
What will certainly make it even worse is NBC's propensity for spending three quarters of the broadcast doing "human interest" stories on the athletes and showing very little of the actual sporting events.
Bummer...
